Quantifying individual scientific output in terms of a new intuitionistic fuzzy sets based author-level metrics (IFALM)

The present paper proposes the idea of formulating a new author-level citation metrics, quantifying individual’s scientific output, which uses concept intuitionistic fuzzy sets. This metrics gives more visibility to proportion direct self-citations and hidden (co-author or collaborative) in form an pair. Examples are given retrieving necessary information from Scopus, one largest databases peer-reviewed literature, algorithmically enables retrieval one’s citations including excluding their own co-authors’ self-citations, as well calculation three different values h-index with without these respectively.
